I am an absolute PB junkie....LOVE LOVE LOVE the stuff...this is one of the few cake like things I really like...most PB cake recipes turn out dry...this being a sheet cake is awesome.

1 c milk
2 Tbs butter, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
salt to taste
2 c white sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
12 ounces milk chocolate (chips, bars, whatever to melt for frosting)
2 c creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.

In a large bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Blend in melted butter and milk.

Bake for approx 20 min.

Let cool 5 min then spread with peanut butter.

Refrigerate until cool.
Melt chocolate bars and 1 Tbs peanut butter, and frost cooled cake.

good stuff
