Crust:
28 chocolate wafer cookies
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
5 Tbsp melted butter
Process cookies and sugar in food processor until fine crumbs. Stir in butter. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" pie pan using measuring cup. Refrigerate until ready to use.
(Or cheat and buy a ready-made chocolate crust.)

Peanut Butter Layer:
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup room temperature butter
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
Beat peanut butter and butter on medium high speed until smooth. Graduallly add confectioners sugar, fold in Cool Whip, and spread in crust.

Pudding Layer:
2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 jar (6 oz) baby food bananas
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
Whisk pudding mixes with milk in bowl until smooth. Whisk in baby food, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over peanut butter layer and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.

Topping:
2 bananas sliced
3 cups Cool Whip (thawed)
Chocolate covered peanuts or banana chips for garnish
Uncover pie and top with banana slices. Spread with Cool Whip, garnish as desired.

Also good with chocolate Cool Whip on top or made with chocolate pudding mixes.
