1 package brownie mix
11 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c powdered sugar
1 (16oz)cool whip thawed, divided
2 c cold milk
1 (3.9oz)instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c chopped nuts(whatever ya like)

Bake brownies according to package directions, using a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 cups cool whip
Spread over brownies.
Combine the milk and pudding mix; beat until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes; spread over the cream cheese layer.
Spread with remaining whipped topping, sprinkle with nuts.

Refrigerate until serving.
