How bad can chocolate and Baileys together really be ???

1 cusemisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c butter
1 Tbs and 2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2/3 c flour
1/2 c white sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
4 Tbs Baileys Irich Cream (yes you can sub Khalua)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c powdered sugar(for sprinkle)

Preheat oven to 350.



Melt the butter and chocolate chips on the stove top over medium heat, stirring constantly-or- in microwave.

Remove from the heat, and stir in the coffee, egg and yolk.

Sift together the flour, sugar,baking soda, stir into the chocolate mixture. Then stir in the vanilla and coffee liqueur.

Bake for 20 to 25 in 8x8 pan lightly sprayed with pam. Cool slightly and dust with confectioners' sugar.
