4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c butter, soft
1 c powdered sugar
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 1/4 c powdered sugar
6 drops yellow food coloring
Beat cream cheese and butter,then mix in 1 c powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Beat in 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 cups more sugar till frosting is a good spreading consistency.Then stir in food coloring.
