1/2 cup coarsley chopped pecans
6 oz. chocolate crumb crust
Caramel Layer
17 caramel squares, unwrapped, I use a few more
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Truffle Layer
9 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
3 Tablespoons Butter
1. Sprinkle Pecans on crust
2. Heat: Caramels & Evaporated milk, stir until smooth, Pour over crust.
3. Heat: Chocolate chips, cream & butter. Stir until smooth. Pour over caramel layer.
4. refridgerate 4 hours.
This is so yummy! It is very rich though, but mmm............Good!
