2 1/2 c cold milk
1/3 c instant coffee granules
2 (3.4 ounce)instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) cool whip thick n creamy, thawed, divided
2 (10.75 ounce)loaves frozen pound cake,cubed
1 square semisweet chocolate, grated (or handful mini choc chips)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Stir milk and coffee granules until dissolved; reserve 1 cup of this mix
Add pudding mixes to the rest of milk mixture; beat on low speed for 2 minutes or until thick. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Place a third of the cake cubes in trifle bowl. Layer with a third of the reserved milk and pudding mix and a fourth of the grated chocolate or chips.
Repeat layers twice. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and chocolate. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Refrigerate til serving!!
