"Anyone Can Make It" Creme Brulee

2 cups heavy cream
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup or so of light brown sugar.
Preheat oven to 275.
Whisk:cream,egg yolks,sugar,vanilla together til thick n creamy.
Pour into 4 ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a baking pan filled with hot water halfway up sides.
Bake 45-60 minutes(test like you would a cake-if the kknife is clean it's done  )
Let cool 20 minutes then refridgerate overnight.
Sprinkle thin layer of the light brown sugar on the top of each(completely cover top)
Torch or broil to carmelize top!
