This is the best!

Make any lemon flavored cake according to box direcitons.
Cool completely.

Frosting:
1 tub cool whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 can frozen lemonade (still frozen)

Mix 3 ingredients and frost cake...yummy!!

Store in refridgerator!
