1/2 c butter
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c cocoa
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c zucchini, grated
3/4 c chocolate chips
1/2 c walnuts

Cream butter,add oil and sugar,mix.

Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.

Fold in the chips and nuts.

Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour or til done.
