I really want to try this recipe but I have a few questions. I usually use the Wilton buttercream one but it can get too sweet. I have two cakes to make for Saturday and am wondering how far in advance I can make this frosting? Does it have to be refrigerated? How does it pipe? Can it be used to do a character pan cake? Thanks. It sounds really good. Thanks in advance.
