I recently had a friend bring over brownies...homemade, gooey, yummy, with STUFF in them brownies....

BUT.....


I was shocked when she shared they were NOT homemade!!! They were a regular brownie mix..right out of a BOX!!

What she does is keep marshmallows, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, nuts, etc. in her pantry..and when she makes brownies, she throws in 2/3 c of one or more of these..and OMG...Y-U-M-M-Y!!! I tried it this week...and for my $.99 brownie mix, adding in extra choc. chips and marshmallows..I got bakery brownies..you know the EXPENSIVE KIND?!?! (Also, after holidays, especially Christmas...a lot of those go on clearance for CHEAP!)
