I posted this on another forum and thought I should post it here too!!! Here is a pretty frugal recipe. I had everything on hand so it made it really easy!!
Cool whip Cookies
1 8 oz cool whip thawed
2 eggs
1 cake mix (I used chocolate)
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat together cool whip and eggs. Add cake mix and mix well. Dough will be thick. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake for 8 mins.
My dough was sticky so I just drop them on the cookie sheet and sprinked sugar on them.
They are very yummy! I made some other cookies using cake mixes since I had quite a few and need a snack for the kids!!
