1 brownie mix
2 eggs
1/3 c water
1/3 c veg oil
1 1/2 Tbs instant coffee powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350.
Place mini muffin liners into pans.

Stir together-eggs, oil, and water.
Add-brownie mix and stir til combined.
Stir in the instant coffee and cinnamon.

Fill muffin liners halfway to top.
Bake for 10 to 12 min.
Test for doneness with a toothpick.
When completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
