1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. rice krispies
1 c. chocolate chips

Cook sugar and corn syrup in a medium saucepan until dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in rice krispies. Press into a 9x13 pan lined with wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top.

You can also add some butterscotch chips to the topping - yumm!

I make the same thing but I use 1/2 bag of peanut butter or butterscotch chips and 1/2 bag of chocolate chips melted together for the frosting

I have never brought any home when I've made these to take somewhere
