1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c margarine
3 c oatmeal
2 c flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 c butter
1 c sweetened condensed milk

Combine sugars and margine. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add a little sweetened condensed milk to oatmeal ingredients to moisten. Melt together chcolate chips, butter, and milk. combine first 2 bowls. Place 3/4 of mixture into ungreased 9x13. Pour meleted mixture over top. Crumble remainder of mixture on top. Bake 35 minutes 350 deg.
