Laugh No-bake P.b. Balls W/rice Krispies Cereal

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter {use Reduced Fat For Less Calories}
1/4 Cup Honey {store Brand}
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
2-3 Cups Of Crispy Rice Cereal {store Brand}

Combine The Peanut Butter, Honey And Vanilla. Stir In Enough Cereal To Make Balls. {hint: Moisten Your Hands Before Rolling The Mixture Into Balls}. Place The Balls On Waxed Paper And Chill.

Yummy. My DD had PB balls at her friends house a few weeks ago and came home and said she loved them. I have never made them, so this recipe will come in handy!

My sister in law makes something like these only she dips hers in chocolate. She uses the recipe going by the buckeye one only she leaves something out of it and adds the rice krispies to it.

I actually made these yesterday! I even made them GLUTEN-FREE!!! It was a HUGE bonus to me to actually find a good recipe that I can make and my daughter can eat it! She's limited on the snack foods now that we know she has celiac!
