Wave Maple Nut Cake W/ Maple Frosting

1 Pkg. Cake Mix {with Pudding In The Mix}
3 Eggs {i Always Use 4 Eggs, But The Recipe Calls For 3}
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Water {recipe Called For Water, But I Use 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk}
2 Tsp. Maple Flavoring
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans Or Walnuts

Heat Oven To 350 Degrees. Spray Or Grease 13x9x2 Inch Pan. In A Large Bowl Blend First 5 Ingredients Until Moistened. Beat 2 Minutes At Highest Speed. Fold In Chopped Nuts; Pour Into Pan. Bake For 40 Minutes, Or Until Toothpick Inserted In Middle Comes Out Clean. Cool Completely And Frost.

Maple Frosting:

4 Tbs. Butter Or Margarine, Softened
1/4 Cup Maple Or Pancake Syrup
3 Cups Powdered Sugar

In Small Bowl, Beat Butter And Syrup Until Blended. Gradually Beat In Powdered Sugar Until Smooth.
