Prajitura cu Mere (a kind of apple cake I learned to make in Romania)

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

mix well
add 1 t. baking soda dissolved in vinegar
mix
peel and slice 2-3 apples and toss with cream of wheat
lay on top of batter in 13x9 pan
cook 25-30 minutes at 350.
