2/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/3 cup Reese’s bits for baking, divided
Chocolate frosting

Heat oven to 325*. Grease 13X9X2-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and peanut butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Gradually beat in milk. Gradually beat in flour and baking powder, beating thoroughly. Stir in one cup of Reese’s baking bits. Spread batter into prepared pans.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Spread chocolate frosting over blondies. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup of bits on top. Cut into bars.

Let me know what you think of them!
I had a heck of a time finding the Reese's bits (all they are, is mini Reese's pieces candies). Once I found them, I think I bought like six bags. I only used three at Xmas (threw the others in the freezer) so I think I will have to make these after next week-dh really liked these and he will be gone all next week so that might be a nice treat for him when he comes home.

These look GOOD!! I can't wait till the heat goes down to bake. When it gets supper hot/humid here I can have the AC set for 74 and the thermostat says it is 78 and it is cranking out cold air non stop. So I don't bake at all during the summer!
