Here are the fudge recipes listed:
Angel Fudge - Sugar, rich milk, butter, blanched almonds, almond extract.
Blk. Walnut Cider Fudge - Brown sugar, sweet cider, butter, blk. walnut meats.
Buttermilk Fudge - Sugar, buttermilk, butter, baking soda.
Carrot Fudge - Grated carrot, sugar, lemon extract, water.
Chocolate Fudge - 3 recipes...
Chocolate Mint Fudge - light brn. sugar, milk, mint syrup, butter, cocoa.
Coffee Nut Fudge - Sugar, coffee, butter, chopped nuts (any kind).
Cold Water Fudge - Water, sugar, unsweetened choc., butter, lemon or van. extract, nuts.
Divinity Fudge - Sugar, Karo, water, egg whites, nuts, raisins, vanilla, salt.
Double Fudge - Sugar, cream, chocolate, butter, brn. sugar, cream, vanilla, walnuts.
Popcorn Fudge - Sugar, brown sugar, cream, butter, popped corn, lemon or van. extract.
Puffed Rice Fudge - Sugar, evap. milk, puffed rice, sweet milk, butter, maple flavoring.
Raisin Fudge - Unsweet. choc., sugar, salt, milk, butter, vanilla, raisins.
Smith College Fudge - Butter, sugar, brn. sugar, molasses, cream, choc., vanilla.
White Fudge - Sugar, milk, cream of tartar, butter, vanilla.
**The Double Fudge recipe calls for "Butter the size of a walnut" !!! Gotta love those measurments!! Note that alot of the "fudge" recipes don't include any chocolate at all!!
~ POPCORN FUDGE ~ (aka Caramel Corn???)
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. thin cream
1 tsp. butter
2 qts. freshly popped corn
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
Boil sugars, cream and butter to soft ball.
Take from fire, beat until syrup begins to thicken.
Add flavoring and pour over corn, stirring so that each kernel is coated.
