Hi! I was going to make candy trays for gifts for work and teacher gifts this year. I am making cherry mash ( like bing candy) and fudge, but I need some more ideas. Any suggestions for great candies?

I make a wonderful and fairly cheap candy called Soda Cracker Candy. I've posted the recipe a couple of times. If you can't find it let me know and I'll post it again. It's super super easy and tastes like toffee. I also make peanut butter balls (cheap). I make chocolate peanut clusters (super easy). I'm going to try microwave peanut brittle this year. I recipe I found sounds easy. To fill in my trays I always make almond bark candy molds and peppermint bark.
