Stuffed Cupcakes

Filling:
5 tab. flour
1 cup milk
Cook together until very, very thick. Cool all the way.

1 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup crisco
1 cup sugar
1 teasp vanilla

Beat together margarine or butter and crisco, add the sugar and beat until very fluffy.
Add the cooled filling mixture and vanilla and beat until very fluffy again.

Cupcake Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix (or flavor of choice)
1 envelope Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 cup of water
Beat for 5 minutes and then bake as directed on box

Pipe the filling into the cupcakes with a pastry bag. Frost if desired. These freeze well.
