Key Lime White Chocolate Cookies



2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3 TBSP=1/8C of Key lime juice
1-2 cups white chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.

Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy.

Beat in eggs and the lime juice. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips.

Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet or stone.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
