These are so easy that we make them on camping trips, but they're one of my kids' favorite after school snacks or desserts.

Mexican Chocolate Quesadillas

Fold a tortilla in half, then open again.
On one side, sprinkle small marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Fold in half again.
Cook in a hot buttered skillet. Flip to toast both sides.
Immediately sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then serve.
