i am waiting for my to cook and thought I would share
This is one of those things to make when you want something sweet, but don't have a lot of ingredients.
Melt a stick of butter in a 9x13 baking dish. Stir in a cup of flour, a cup of sugar, a cup of milk and 2 tsp baking powder. Mix all of that together right in the dish, then pour a can of pie filling or fresh fruit on top of the batter.
Cook at 350 for about 40 min.
You can use any fruit... as much as you want. My favorite is cherry and apple together!
The only thing i learned is do not use too deep of a pan. The middle doesn't get done and the top will get too brown.
