1 box spice cake mix
1 21 oz can apple pie filling
3 eggs
3 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs and beat on med for 2 minutes.

Spray a 9X13 w/cooking spray.

Mix sugar and cinnamon well.

Pour half the cake batter into the sprayed pan.

Sprinkle half the sugar/cinn over the cake mixture.

Pour remaining cake mixture into the pan, and spread evenly.

Sprinkle rest of sugar/cinnamon on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

*NOTE*
You can also swap spice cake mix w/yellow and peach pie filling for the apple pie filling.

I love that you do NOT need a frosting with this...great just plain or even w/cool whip.
