1 pie crust, pre-baked (or you can use graham cracker crust)
1 pint ripe strawberries
1(3oz)box strawberry jell-o
2 Tbs cornstarch
1 c hot water
1 c cold water
1/2 c sugar
whipped cream

Pre-bake pie crust,cool.

Slice the strawberries into the pie crust.

In saucepan mix the jello w/cornstarch,add the water and the sugar.Cook over med heat til boiling,stir occasionally.

Pour the boiling mixture over the strawberries.

Place the pie in the refrigerator.
Chill 3-4 hours til the jello glaze sets.

Serve w/lots of cool whip

(you can also swap diff flavor jello/fruits-peach is also good and raspberry)
