Oatmeal Raisin & Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vailla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter & both sugars with an electric beater. Beat in vanilla & egg.
In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture until combined. Stir in oats, then add chocolate chips & raisins.
Roll dough into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 30 cookies.

These are sooo good! I just made a batch- I'm trying to find healthier ways to satisfy these sweet cravings I've been having!
