YUM!! A colleague of mine makes this and I had to share...It's got GIANT crumb pieces on it! It puts Entemans to shame

1 box yellow cake mix (prepare normally). )You can make this in a sheet pan too just cut the cooking time to about 20 minutes or simply prepare in a 12x8 pan....you know, the standard size on the back of the cake box.)

Mix 4 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 3 sticks softened butter (i know, I know..), 8 teaspoons cinnamon, 4 teaspoons vanilla extract...mix all together until mixture is moist throughout and well blended.

Drop mounds of crumb mixture onto cake as soon as it comes out of oven. Stick back in the oven (at the same temp cake was cooking) for another 15-20 minutes to let crumb mixture melt and set.

Remove, let cool and sprinkle w/ confectioners sugar.

This was SOOOO yummy and SOOOO fattening but SOOOO worth it!

I finally got around to making this & it is soooo good!!!! It ended up a little dry though, prob bc during the last step it stayed in too long bc DD was fussing & I just could not get to it right away. it ended up in the oven for 20 min during the last step- I will stick with 15 next time i make this.
Thanks for sharing the recipe!!! It's a keeper!
