I just tried a new "healthy" cookie recipe and it is YUMMY! (Not too low fat.) Fast and easy. Thought I would share.

Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal quick oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. raisins or cranberries (I used Craisins)
1/2 c. nuts (I used almond slices)

Combine 1st 6 ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and milk. Combine all ingredients, adding "raisins" and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
