2 C sugar
3 C grated carrots
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 C flour
1 1/2 C oil

Combine ingredients, mix well. Pour batter into greased 9x12 pan. Bake 325° for 45 minutes. Let cool.

Frosting:
1-8oz package cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter, softened
2 C powdered sugar

Cream ingredients together.
