8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla flavoring
1 pint ripe strawberries, sliced
1 small carton cool whip
9 inch graham cracker crust

Combined softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and mixing until well blended. Mash about half of the strawberry slices, stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture along with remaining strawberries. Spoon into crust. Chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.

I like this with the oreo cracker crust.
