16 oz pkg of oreos (off-brand is cheaper and works fine)
1 stick margarine, melted
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 can sweet and condensed milk
2/3 cup chocolate syrup
2 tblsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp water
8 oz cool whip

crush cookie crumbs and mix with margarine in a small bowl. Press firmly into a 13x9 greased pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweet and condensed milk and chocolate syrup. in a small measuring cup, dissolve coffee in water and add to mixture, mix well. Fold in cool whip, pour over crust and cover.
freeze for 6 hours.
add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream (1/2 gallon) freeze then serve.

This is a long time family recipe, it has always been a huge hit everywhere it goes! I don't like cheescake, but this is fantastic!!
