4 cups xx sugar
4 cups flaked coconut
3/4 cold potatoes mashed without butter or milk
1 1/2 t vanilla flavoring
1/2 t salt

In large bowl, combine the above ingredients. Spread mixture into a 9-inch square pan that has been lined with foil and butter. cover and chill overnight. Cut into 2 in squares. Cover and freeze.

In microwave melt 1 lb of dark or white candy bark. Dip bars in melted candy bark, and cool on waxed paper till hard. Store in airtight container.

*** I like to use dark and white candy bark and add sprinkles. Sometimes I will dip one end in the dark and one end in the white. Depends on the mood I am in!
