1/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c mashed bananas
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/4 c powdered sugar
Cream butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla.
Slowly beat in sugar, adding more if needed to make it spreadable.
Makes a little over 2 cups.
Great on banana,choc,or peanut butter cakes!
