Default Banana cream dessert

In bowl combine 1 1/2 cups graham cracer crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup melted butter. Press into a greased 9 in springform pan

1 cup 8 oz sour cream
1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
1 12 oz whipped topping

In small bowl, beat the sour cream and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in 4 menium firm, sliced bananas and whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Chill for 6 hours. Sprinkle with pecans and more sliced bananas.

*** Take 1/2 cup lemon juice and toss with bananas and drain will. This will keep the bananas from turning brown.
