These are pretty yummy...We did the peanut butter cookie/ reeses combo. Just make sure not to over-fill the muffin tins because then the cookies don't want to come out all that easy.

We make the reese's ones (with the peanut butter cookie dough) EVERY christmas. Those little boogers are HARD to get out....as an experinced baker of these....If you have the silcone muffin/cupcake pans use those it makes it 100000 times easier to get out. Filling them too high has nothing to do with it. Its just how they are they are just a total pain to get out so be prepared. But they are definately WORTH it. My mom has the recipe in an old old cook book she made full of newspaper clippings of recipes. She has had it since I was little or even longer.

ah ha.... So it WASN'T my fault.
Thanks for the tip..... I don't own a silicone pan, but I might just buy one for this recipe alone.

In my opinon it is worth it cause part of the cookie gets stuck and you have a thin layer of cookie on the bottom or worse lol.

Oh mine were WAY worse.... The whole darn cookie just split in half! I was so sad
It took a lot of coordination to eat them..... But boy oh boy did I master the art of eating the messy cookie!
