I made this on Mother's Day for a side dish with dinner and everyone loved it and asked me to make it again-

Orange Creamcicle

1 box (3 oz.) sugar free orange Jello
1 box (3 oz) sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 container (8 oz.) fat free Cool Whip
1 small can mandarin oranges - drained

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 1 cup ice water.
Beat in 1 box vanilla instant pudding (dry).
Fold in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges.
Chill. This dessert will become thick in less
than 30 minutes.
It is very good!!! This can either be made sugar free or not

My sil just made this last Sunday for our family get-together. It was YUMMY!!! Very light & refreshing. Guess I'll have to make it myself now.
