I watched "24" and something about brian last night but watched the GG during commercials so saw parts of it. I thought Meryl Streeps speech was great, but Warren Beattys droned on forever and he was mumbling and rambling. Has anyone here seen Babel?? I was just wondering if it was good, or just another of those movies hollywood likes because it's "Important".

I'm glad to see that Hugh Laurie won for 'House'.

I've never watched an episode of 'The Closer', but I've seen bits and pieces of it. Kyra Sedgwick's fake southern accent is like fingernails down a blackboard to me. I'm surprised she won, but then again Hollywood isn't filled with southerners who know the real deal when they see it/hear it.
