Did anyone else catch this on Saturday night? (C'mon -- I know there's a lot of Alton Brown fans here…)

I thought it was a lot of fun. Though I'm not sure how he expects to get across the country in four episodes if he's going to keep zigzagging across the Carolinas. You got to see more of the "real" Alton as opposed to the Good Eats persona.

My DH and I are Alton fans, but missed the new show. I'll have to set my DVR so we don't miss it again!!

Oh, I missed it, and I wanted to watch it. I'll have to set it up to DVR too.

Yes, dh and I watched it. We really like Alton Brown, he's taught us so much about good eats. Now with this new show, we'll get the 411 on places to eat on the road.

I enjoyed both the behind the scenes show and Feasting on Asphalt. Bonnie, I agree, I'd always wondered about "W", too! How funny that she's his chiropractor! And I do enjoy seeing a more candid Alton. I just wish it were more than four episodes, though, that's a quick cross country trip!

Oh, you guys that missed it, check FN, it's on again several times this week I think, and it's on before the new one this Saturday, too!
