He found her under something big (I can't think of what it's called) when they had the ferry crash. He saved her and has been working with her since.

C'mon..you KNEW McSteamy was going to focus on the 'right now' in his presentation rather than the 10 year plan...It was the glint in his eye, when Bailey walked away and he said "Right now" I saw it at that moment! You had to see it coming!

I am still mad at George and Izzy, and regardless that Callie slept with McSteamy, she wasn't married when she did it...George is, and he is going to hurt Callie and I hate that. I really thought those 2 were going to go at it again in the linen closet though, I spent that time saying No over and over, so I'm glad they weren't speaking b/c I never would have heard what they said.

Mer and Der...ah, I don't care, I was HAPPY to see that ending and thought it was very sweet his scale was counting down as he was kissing her. They needed that...I needed that.

I hate to be the odd person out but I really don't like Callie and think that George should be with Izzy. I think Callie treats him like a lap dog ( Good boy, bad boy, no boy, etc. etc. etc.). She has issues and the whole money thing is just bad news between them. I was kinda hoping they would go for it in the linen closet. I think that was the most emotional part of the show last night. There was anguish there between them but at the same time he kept looking like he wanted to do it again, kwim!!
I think Callie and George are terrible together.

As for derek I think the worry that he feels for Meredith is gonna be horrible for him and his career.

I like the theory about Alex and Jane Doe. He's so sweet now. I'm kinda glad they didn't have him hook up with Addison.

I'm thinking that maybe Callie WILL be pregnant. Then we'll all have to wait and see if it's George's baby or McSteamy's. This way, George can passify his guilt with Izzy.

Does anyone else find it odd that Jane Doe refers to Alex as "Alex" and not Dr. Karev?

I thought the part with McSteamy & Mer was interesting too. It was almost like he was admitting he was using her to impress the chief, but at the same time he was telling her that she was using him too. He talked about how people looked at her like a hurt dog (or something like that) so if she wanted people to respect her and treat her normal again, she needed to snap out of it and try something ambitious. So it helped him, but it helped her...and I think when she realized that he was right was when she decided to go ahead and do the surgery.
