This season has frustrated me so much that, every week I say, "That's it." But then I keep thinking that something will be explained, so I watch it again and again - even when they keep adding new characters and I'm thinking, now here are some more people they have to explain.

The finale frustrated me too. I did like that Jack finally gave Ben a long-overdue thumping and I loved Hurley tearing onto the beach in the van. I didn't even understand the flash forward until my daughter explained it after the show. Now waiting until January to see if any of it makes sense adds to the frustration. But guess what, I'll watch it again.

I liked the episode!!!! Quit being so critical. Its just a show. lol If you dont like it.. then donnnnnt wattttttch it. Im surprised John didnt shoot Jack! I hope Jack doesnt really end up being crazy. I think it was Ben's funeral too. I cried when Charlie died. Why didnt he just try to take a breath and swin out of the window hole that got blown in? Then swim back under to where Desmond was? I was like SWIM! LOL

I liked it too, but I was expecting more answers, so was a bit disappointed. I'm sure they won't be rescued, I heard there are 6 seasons planned?

Hurley and the VW was awesome! I was feeling so bad for him keep getting rejected. I am sure Charlie is dead though, which made me Very sad, but at least now they can move on from the "Charlie you're doing to die" plot device, it was getting old.

I think it was Ben's funeral too. I had kinda figured out it was in the future. Jack had on the latest style of sunglasses, and had the newest cell phone, and I couldn't figure out when in his timeline he had been a drunk like that. I think he was just losing it when he was talking about his dad.

Jack and Locke are both really getting on my nerves (although it was great to watch him beat the crap out of Ben!) but I don't think either of them will be killed off. I almost thought it was going to be Hurley when he came tearing out of the jungle.

It was a good episode, more confusing events though. sad to see charlie die.

I loved the episode. DH & I were glued to our seats & hated how it ended! I really didn't like the flashforward too much. I think that the funeral was Locke's.

Loved it when Hurley came busting through in the VW bus!!! I felt sorry for him because he wanted to help. I love Hurley!!

Mikhail the one-eyed guy is freaky!! Now how can he survive all that?! I was so upset that Charlie locked himself in there but I agree with whoever posted it before that he did it to prevent Desmond from coming in trying to talk to Penny & then Desmond drowning. Okay if Penny didn't have a boat then who is Naomi & how did she have that picture of Desmond & Penny? Something is not right.

I can't stand Ben & I was so happy to see Jack beat the crap out of him! I didn't like the kiss between Jack & Juliette either.

DH & I are addicted to this show & hate when they bring up more questions. It is going to be a long summer.

We just watched the finale tonight. I'm not sure how I felt about it. My husband and I thought the funeral was either Ben's, Locke's, or possibly Sawyer's. The show's lack of answers irritates me sometimes, but I have every intention of continuing to watch. Lost is similar to Alias (another J.J. Abrams creation) in that the writers ask many more questions than they could ever answer. The writers and producers do say they have an endgame and all they have to do now is fill in the pieces of the puzzle. I for one look forward to the ride no matter how it ends - besides, half the fun is getting there! .

I just watched it last night when dh got home. We were waiting to see it together and let me tell you, you guys were tempting me yesterday!

I sort of liked it! Yes, Charlie died, but he died a noble death and redeemed himself. I figured the actor would be short term. He just wanted to be something besides a hobbit. I think Lost helped his career immensely!

As far as the flash foward. I am not so sure it is a forward. I think it might be a backwards still. Don't know. I think the key is however was in the casket.

Hurley was AWESOME! I was really fearful that he would be the one to die. I love his character the most, I think.

Ember is right. I think people, my husband being the biggest, take this show way too seriously! It is just a TV show! I really, really enjoy it, but it is just a show! It is fun to try to figure out though.

I am very much in favor of the Kate/Sawyer end of the love triangle so I was hoping that was the case IF this is the way everything is going to play out (which I don't think it is).

Sawyer was the only person I could think of whose funeral no one would care enough to attend, although I hardly think Jack would have jumped off a bridge for him. Considering the attempted suicide angle, I would think the person in the casket was Ben, but you never know.

Either way, I'm assuming the flash-forward was meant to show why it was in their best interests to remain on the island. Clearly it will be Jack who makes the decision whether they stay or go and whatever happens, he'll feel responsible...it's that darn god complex again.
