OMG, LOVE this show!!! We've been tivo'ing it and I just think it's really interesting and I love the host, Mike. He's hysterical! Basically, Mike goes all over the country working as a laborer at the dirtiest jobs. It's cool too b/c you get to see how some things are made, farm raised, factories, etc. Definitely worth watching. Discovery Channel but I don't know when b/c we tivo.

We've been watching it. Love it too. Very interesting. We started watching on a day they had like a marathon. Its quite addicting. You just want to keep watching. :D

Mike Rowan is also the voice behind the narration of my favorite show "The Deadliest Catch" on Discovery Channel. I enjoy the dirty jobs show, but dh has a weak stomach so i don't always get to watch it if he is in the room.

Ahh… but how many of you remember when Mike Rowe was a host on QVC?

I have seen this show on several occasions. I do have to admit it is GROSS sometimes. I just watched it on Monday. He went to Louisiana and they were showing him how to make Boudan. I am from Mississippi and have never had it!! After seeing that show I will NEVER eat it!!!

We love that show. I have to say that Mike is hysterical. He really gets in there and does everything yet somehow manages to keep his cool and come out with some great oneliners. I love it when he says "poo". It just cracks me up.

DH and I watch this show every week, it's his favorite. I don't know how he does all of those nasty jobs. I would be hurling on a daily basis.

My dh and I watch it too - we really like it. Mike is really funny! I have started watching "Deadliest Catch" with dh also. I don't remember Mike as a host on QVC - I'll have to tell my dh that.
