Has anyone ever seen, This is Daniel Cook. Am I the only one who thinks this child is promoting rude behavior? He interrupts adults, he growls & acts silly (despite being 8 or 9 years old) while they are trying to teach him things, he treats their possessions with NO respect (for example, banging on museum-quality drums and/or dinosaur bones!!).

Every morning I watch this little showlette on Playhouse Disney & every morning I am flabbergasted by his behavior...who thought this kid was a good role model????

That theme song is just annoying! I always replace his name with my oldest's...This is Aiden Day....he thinks it's funny. But, I've never really paid attention to the way he acts. I'll have to check it out next time I hear that catchy tune!

Ha! I thought it was just ME!!! I dont care for that show either..I generally change the channel if I hear his theme music come on!

Why treat someone like a priority when all they see you as is an option?

I've never really watched the show but it caught my attention because that's my nephew's name. LOL We grew up together there's just a 5 year age difference. He's been like my brother. So I just thought it was kind of funny that there would be a show with his name.

I do not even let Addison watch Daniel Cook, her irks me. I am not too fond of Emily Young either, but she does have a bit more manners.

I thought about doing that, but I think we may be in the minority. Daniel Cook has a whole website, video empire & I have a feeling they'd just scoff at us. Although, aside from my rage...I honestly do believe he is modeling bad behavior. In fact, I use him as a model to teach my son how NOT to act!!
