There are times when I am indifferent towards a book... not excited about it but not entirely turned off by it. I would read it if I had time to get it before the round starts. I am incredibly cheap when it comes to books. I just can't bring myself to buy books at retail unless I have a gift card and even then it is on sale or better yet clearance. I scour used book stores, I try to get it from paperbackswap.com, and bookcrossings.com. I hunt books at yard sales and flea markets, borrow from friends, and order from Amazon if it's used. I was thinking if the books were voted on early that would give me a chance to find the book before it's started.
Ex: you just voted on a book, vote on a second book to be read once the current one is finished. Once the 2nd book is started vote on the 3rd book so on and so forth.

I am like this also. I currently have over 50 books which I have yet to read. I just can't spend alot of money on a book when I have so many waiting to be read. If I knew ahead of time I could look for it at Goodwill/garage sales. what about trying to make sure every other book is available at the library?
