My dd wants to see it, but I'm really picky about what she sees?? Is there anything inappropriate in it?? TIA

I read a review from someone who loved the book and hated the movie, saying they made Meryl Streep's character too human and vulnerable, not like the boss in the book. I loved the book, but I still want to see the movie. I told hubby, 'cause he'd need to stay with the 2 kids and he said, "Why would you want to go to the movies alone?" Hah! Alone's the best company I get all day, no, night, no, well, whenever!

I read the book but haven't seen the movie yet. The book was a great summertime read. I highly recommend it.

I read the book too and want to see it. My daughter also wants to see it (because of Anne Hathaway, I'm sure). She's almost 7 - just wondering why the PG-13 rating. Would you say it is inappropriate for young girls? I don't mind swearing so much, just don't want her to see sexual situations...

I loved the movie. All of us loved the movie. It was so good. I cried I laughed I was surprised it was great. It makes you want to go and lose weight I think that is the only bad part in the movie. These girls are so thin as it is and they say they are fat. Come on I would kill for their fat look.

well ann does have a boyfriend who she lives with and some kissing and suggustion of sex and in one sence she wakes up in bed and the another guy is there.
