Anyone watchng? I personaly have no desire to see but I think Dh will want to check it out. He will have to wait DVR it because I will be tuning into Private Practice

HA ha ...I could have written your post...I have no desire to watch it but DH is DVRing it b/c we ARE tuning into Private Practice...he has no objections to that either considering his 'crush' on Kate Walsh!

Have you been in the Spotlight yet?

I have to check it out out of curiousity, but I am not expecting much. It is by the same guys that redid Battlestar Galalactica and I hate that show!!!

But, I loved the Bionic Woman as a kid so I have to see if it is decent!

DH and I were excited about it because we love Battlestar Galactica and David Eick was working on it, but after watching it, the best acting on the show came from Katie Sackhoff (Starbuck, from Battlestar Galactica). I don't really care for the main character, and it peeved me that they changed her sister from the character they had in the preview weeks ago to a dumbed down version who's just annoying and worthy of a good smackin'. It wasn't as good as we had hoped, but we'll still tune in to see if it gets better. AFter seeing the preview, I was stoked to find Sackoff on the show - she's a really great actress. I was afraid that Sarah Corvus (Sackoff's character) would be killed off in the first episode, but she wasn't, so knowing she'll be around for at least a little while longer gives us enough reason to tune in.

We watched 1/2 of the show. I decided to go to bed. It will probably be better when she has an assignment. My husband was also the one that wanted to watch it. I could care less!

I watched it, but got bored quickly. They are definitely not targeting the audience of the original Bionic Woman. It had great fight scenes between two women, lots of close up shots of boobs and body parts, and lots of other stuff that men would like.

I think they are losing out on a larger audience - the grown up girls who loved the original. JMO

As a little girl I loved the original (and the Six Million Dollar Man series). I wanted bionics so badly, lol. I even had the bionic woman doll (it was like a barbie, but had bionics).

I doubt I'll watch the new one. I also watched Battlestar Gallactica as a kid, but I've never been interested in watching the new one.

I had no desire to see it but found it better than any of the other new shows I've watched.

I really enjoyed the show, think it'll get better as they send Jamie off on missions. Nice to see both Katie Sackhoff and they guy that plays "Chief" off of the new Battlestar Galactica in it.
