I too don't like it. But, i think it flows with the shows dramatization of office place behavior. I have seen this in a smaller scale when someones job position has changed,

My favorite part was when Michael was trying to out-type Ryan on his blackberry without knowing what he was doing - just randomly typing keys. This show is so true-to-life. I have worked in so many office environments like that - I just die laughing at this show. Steve Cattrell is a riot -- "Vis a vis".... LOL!!!

Poor Toby....he so wants Pam.

I laughed so hard when Kelly told Ryan she was pregnant and then it showed her shaking her head no.....I had to watch that a couple of times.

I am glad that the actor who plays Ryan is getting a bigger part. I think he's pretty funny.

What about when Creed died his hair???

Oh, I have always loved Creed!! He is soo out there!

I thought that the "new" Ryan works well in the show. He's your typical young go-getter in the corporate world. I think I have known to many of those in my life time.

I feel sorry for Toby too. I'm always giving him the "awww, poor guy"!
