She's a beautiful baby with a head full of black spiky hair, just like my oldest dd had (now she has blonde curls though) when she was born! I thought her eyes were definitely Katie's, and her mouth looked more like Tom's. Hard to tell with noses because babies generally have those cute little button noses until they're a bit older.

Boy she has some hair doesn't she! She's a cutie though, can't deny that.
